A 26-year-old man from Bradford has been arrested on suspicion of murdering Suhail Choudry in Keighley. The arrest follows the death of the 35-year-old father-of-two, who died on 11 February, three days after a serious assault.

The suspect was arrested on 27 July and has since been released on police bail pending further inquiries, West Yorkshire Police said.

Targeted attack on Flasby Street

Suhail Choudry was assaulted in the early hours of the morning on Flasby Street. Six men have already been charged with murder in connection with what police described as a "targeted attack".

Those charged

Majid Hussain, 42, Rashid Hussain, 41, Mohammed Aliyan Khan, 23, Hakeem Gulzar, 27, Faisal Khan, 26, and Waseem Islam are all from Keighley and have been charged with murder.
